Real estate is not only about buying and selling properties. With the vision to expand in real estate industry, SLP Malaysia aims to be the best real estate agency in Asia Pacific. We are constantly exploring different opportunities to venture in, and we would like to extend our presence and success across key geographies location. Not only an agency, SLP Malaysia is aiming to become a one-stop international premier solutions provider for all of our clients, both locally and internationally.

At SLP Malaysia, we are always scouting for talented people. We are targeting to have at least 100 sales agents within this year, and we would make sure all of our staffs receive the most proper training and the most backend support across the whole real estate industry in Malaysia. To us, quality is more important than quantity. Getting the right people and the right chemistry is more important than getting the right idea. We believe in having the right group of employees is equal to having the most valuable asset, therefore we always put our employees at the forefront and making sure they are growing with the company.

In order to achieve the SLP Malaysia’s vision, we strive to:

  • Build up a new portfolio within 1 to 2 years. We want to explore into property management, valuation and assets management through our vast knowledge, expertise and resources.
  • Be a platform that attracts talents through enabling financial, career and personal growth for all staffs.
  • Create an environment that have various activities to engage all of our employees. To empower them so that they can grow and develop with the company.
  • To expand the business within 5 years and lead the company into a new level. Not only in JB, we want to expand in Klang Valley, Penang and even East Malaysia.

Lastly, always remember to embrace the change with an open mind. Don’t be afraid of change. It’s leading you to a new beginning. Remind yourself that if you want to change, expand your mind. Old ways don’t open new doors.
