Description

Provide clerical support to the sales team, required to perform a number of duties focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating sales team activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary role is to support the real estate sales team.
  • Handle receptionist and front office duty.
  • Provide day-to-day general administration duties to include but not limited to filing of document & data entry.
  • Answering all incoming calls and transfer all necessary enquiries to respective person.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/professional certificate in any field.

  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN CHINESE
  • 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Fresh graduate can be considered.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office system.
  • Pleasant personality, willing to learn and with good communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
