Provide clerical support to the sales team, required to perform a number of duties focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating sales team activities.
- Primary role is to support the real estate sales team.
- Handle receptionist and front office duty.
- Provide day-to-day general administration duties to include but not limited to filing of document & data entry.
- Answering all incoming calls and transfer all necessary enquiries to respective person.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/professional certificate in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN CHINESE
- 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Fresh graduate can be considered.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office system.
- Pleasant personality, willing to learn and with good communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
